Information Page

This page is intended to give you a brief description and to outline certain features of the site.

Home - In the upper left-hand corner, you will see the "Home" button. The "Home" button will take you back to the "Welcome" page which is located on the front section of the site.

Top Navigation

• Search - Use this to access the "Search" page. Our search page acts as an "Advanced Search" because it enables you to specifically narrow your results. If you wish to use the "Filter by Year" feature, choose the appropriate year from the dropdown box. The "Filter by Year" is a powerful feature that allows you to filter results across all categories. For a more in-depth description that better explains the "Filter by Year" feature, please refer to the "Listing Tutorial" located on the "Help" page.
• My Account - Use this to access your account page.
• Sell - Use this to quickly begin the listing process. You may also begin the listing process by accessing your account page and using the available cart options.
• Pricing - Use this tab to access our current fees. We strongly believe that any and all fees should be readily available and accessible to everyone. We are strongly against making a customer dig through many pages just to view our current fees and this is why the "Pricing" tab will always remain a part of the Top Navigation bar.
• Info - Information Page
• Help - Use this to access our informative tutorials.
• Sign In - This tab functions as the "Sign In" tab or as the "Sign Out" tab. Once you are signed in, your first name will appear below the date in the "Welcome" box. If you are not signed in, the name "Guest" will appear in the "Welcome" box. The date is displayed in the upper right-hand corner.
• *Auctions*- Use this to return to the front section of the "Auction Browsing" page.
• *Classifieds* - Use this to return to the front section of the "Classified Browsing" page.
• *Business* - Use this to return to the front section of the "Business Browsing" page.
• *Grocery* - Use this to return to the grocery department.
  • Note: Using the submenu tabs (Auctions, Classifieds, Business or Grocery) is the quickest and easiest way to maneuver through the "Listing Type."
• *Features* - This outlines certain features of the site.
• *Register* - Use this to sign up for a new account.

Category Search & Zip Code Filter

• The Category Search & Zip Code Filters appear on the browsing pages but do not appear on the "Search" pages. The reason that the filters do not appear on the search pages is that it helps to improve the page loading times. The "Search" pages are faster because they use a basic search box. To use the Category search, type in your keywords, select the category from the dropdown menu and select the fields to search. You may further narrow your search by using the zip code filter. Enter any information and select either the "Search" or "Go" buttons. To clear out any information, select the "Clear" button. If you wanted to do a "Search by Zip Code" without using the category search, select a category from the "Categories Box" then narrow your results by using the zip code filter. Whenever you use the "Category Search" feature, your results will be displayed on the "Search" pages. If you would like to go back to the browsing page, either use the back button or select from the categories box.

Category Tree

• The "Category Tree" appears below the Category Search & Zip Code Filter. The Category Tree is a navigational tool that appears on selected pages. This is a helpful tool because it allows you to easily navigate through the deepest of subcategories. To use this tool, just click on any of the category or subcategory links.

Category Box

• The "Categories Box" displays the categories or subcategories pertaining to that page. The "Page Type" is always listed below the categories so from the example above, you know that you are on the "Auctions" page. For future reference, if you ever want to know what page you're on, just look below the categories.

• Contact Us - Use this to contact us
• Bulletin - This is where we post site updates and announcements.
• Q & A - Questions and answers
• Terms and Conditions - Our Terms and Conditions agreement
• Web Search - This page allows you to remain within the site while accessing the Web. This comes in handy when researching items.
• Login - This is the same as the "Sign In" feature. We added it again for your convenience. This link will not appear if you are signed in.

Column Filters

• The row above or similar rows are located on the search and browsing pages. Inside each row are a number of columns. Using the above example, you can see that you have the Photo column, Title column, Price column, etc. In certain columns, there are filters that rearrange your results according to that subject. Most of the columns that have this filter, display a white down arrow but not all columns will display this. Move your pointer directly on top of the column subject to rearrange the results. Looking at the above example, we determine that the US Shipping can be rearranged. Once we click the US Shipping, we notice all of the listings on that page are now being displayed from the highest shipping fee to the lowest shipping fee. If we click the US Shipping again, it will now display the listings from the lowest fee to the highest fee. The rearranging can also be applied to the Price so that it displays the highest cost to the lowest cost and if you were to rearrange the Time Left, it would display which listing is not ending the soonest and which listing is ending the soonest. This is an extremely handy feature because it allows you to sort listings on the fly.
